AdvertisersCreator marketing you paid for but couldn't measure

Spend the budget only
on results you can verify.

Drafts are reviewed before they go up, and you pay only for posts, sales, and retention that are confirmed. Whatever isn't earned comes back to you when the campaign closes.

What you're dealing with now

Contracts, transfers, quality control —
still all by hand?

Deals happen in DMs, and both the performance call and the payment rest on mutual goodwill.

Creators pick their advertisers too

87% of creators have hit a late payment, a wrong amount, or no payment at all. So with an advertiser they haven't worked with, the first thing they check is whether the money actually arrives and whether they might get stiffed. If they can't confirm that, the deal drags or dies.

See how the deposit works

One marketer, dozens of drafts to review

Someone checks each draft by hand for missing required lines and banned phrasing. Either the review is skipped and it ships as-is, or the revision loop pushes the schedule.

See the automatic review

Every campaign ends with a manual paper chase

For creators abroad it's chat screenshots, invoice photos, and transfer receipts; domestically it's tax invoices — all collected and filed by hand.

See records and tax

Cross-border fees hurt most on small amounts

Transfer fees run from a few dollars up to 11%, which makes low-value deals impractical. And when something goes wrong, litigation costs more than the budget, so it gets dropped.

How it runs

Advertisers get quality, creators get payment — both guaranteed

At every stage, the advertiser's risk and the creator's fear of not being paid are removed at the same time.

01Budget deposited

Creator The money is held, so there's no non-payment risk

02Automated pre-check

Advertiser Missing required lines and banned words get caught by machine

03Advertiser approval

Advertiser Approve or reject the draft yourself before it goes up (optional)

Creator Once approved, the advertiser can't change their mind and refuse to settle

04Post-publication check

Advertiser If it differs from what you approved, nothing is paid

05Automatic settlement

Creator It lands in the wallet without waiting on the advertiser to release funds

If you want it, there's a tool for reviewing and approving content before the creator posts.

Terms and payout

Set the results you want
and they're evaluated and settled for you.

Whether the creator met each term is tracked automatically, and payment follows the per-unit price and budget you set.

Payout = confirmed units (within the budget cap) × unit price

₩12,000 each × 30 confirmed purchases = ₩360,000

Pre-publication review

Neither creators nor advertisers should lose sleep over content quality

Turn it on for a campaign and the draft is checked before the creator posts. Content that falls short doesn't get settled.

This is what the creator sees before posting

Anything to fix, you hear about it before you post.

Less time spent reviewing

Missing ad disclosure, discount-code placement, and banned phrasing are caught by machine. You only look at tone. No repeating the same feedback to ten people.

Disputes move to before publication

A change request after publication is expensive. It's already been seen, and the other side has finished the work. Move the judgment earlier and that cost disappears.

Records and tax

Settlement records come out in one click.

Deals with creators abroad end with a single file; domestic deals are tracked through to receiving the tax invoice.

Domestic deals pay out only once the tax invoice is received

01

KYC passed

Only creators who clear business verification can join the campaign

02

Tax invoice confirmed

Once the creator issues it, it's confirmed automatically from Hometax purchase records

03

Settlement

Once confirmed, the contract pays. No human approves it

Personal details are matched by one-way hash only; the originals are not stored. What any of this means under tax law is for the advertiser and their tax advisor to decide. We do not issue tax documents.

Creators abroad

Days just to send it, and no recourse when something goes wrong.

This is where most people get stuck the first time they work with a creator abroad.

Now

Open an account, verify identity, wait several days

Send $30 and $3.34 goes to fees. The smaller the amount, the bigger that share — so it costs you most with micro-influencers.

Payment fee 4.49% $1.35 · Fixed per transfer $0.49 · Cross-border 1.5% $0.45 · FX spread 3.5% $1.05

When something goes wrong, it starts with which law applies

Even winning costs more than the payment, so in practice nobody sues. You end up accepting whatever you got.

NARU

All you need is a wallet address

No account to open, no identity check to pass. Creators start by connecting a wallet once.

Confirmed terms land right then

Same process whether they're in Seoul or São Paulo. No waiting on business days.

Unearned money comes back

The money is already in the contract, so nobody is chasing you for it and there's nothing to argue about.

Calculated from PayPal's published international rates and a mid-range FX spread

Fees

The lowest fee there is,
charged only on what actually paid out.

Nothing is charged on amounts that come back unearned. For creators it's always zero.

Look at the payout-guaranteed column. Creators accept performance-based terms only when they can see for themselves that the money is already being held. The other three leave that column empty, which is why those deals end up priced by follower count.

Who's building it

Built by people who have run the campaigns.

How to design campaign terms and what to review isn't invented here — it's what running campaigns taught us.

YOLO Agency

Our partner ad agency. They've run campaigns at tens of millions of dollars in scale; the list below is that work.

Frequently asked

The things people want to check first.

I have no wallet and know nothing about crypto. Can I use this?
The only thing you do with a wallet is sign once, when you deposit the budget. After that you create campaigns and approve drafts from a web dashboard. Creators connect a wallet once and never pay gas or handle coins themselves.
If I don't like the result, can I block the payment?
The one place you can block it is the approval before publication. If the draft doesn't match the terms, reject it there. Once you've approved, the contract pays the moment the terms are confirmed, and neither we nor you can stop it. In exchange, if what goes up differs from what you approved, or it's deleted before the agreed period, nothing is paid. That asymmetry is why creators accept performance-based terms at all.
Who decides whether the terms were met? Do I have to trust that call?
The attestor decides whether a term was met, and the contract computes the amount. And right now you do have to trust a single attestor — that's the honest answer. Which is why we don’t say “trust no one”; we say trust you can check. What the call was based on is written on-chain, disputes are accepted, and the next step is splitting that judgment across several parties.
Where does the deposited money sit? What if NARU disappears?
It never passes through an account of ours. The budget goes straight into the campaign contract, and anyone can check the balance and payout history. Once the campaign closes and the grace period passes, you withdraw whatever is left yourself — you don't need our approval, and we can't take it out on your behalf. The grace period exists because some results, like purchases, are confirmed late.
Is there an SDK to install or an integration to build?
No. You start with per-creator discount codes and tracking links. If you're on Shopify, you can connect order data and make purchases a payment term too.
What about tax invoices and records?
Domestic creators join only after clearing business verification. When they issue a tax invoice, it's confirmed automatically from Hometax purchase records, and the contract pays on confirmation. Creators abroad aren't subject to domestic VAT, so no tax invoice is needed; instead you get the transaction history, the evidence behind each result, and the payout record as a single file. We do not issue the tax documents ourselves. The parties to the transaction issue them, and what applies under tax law is for the advertiser and their tax advisor to decide.

We'll work out the terms
that fit you, together.

  • Whatever isn't earned comes back. Refunded exactly as deposited.
  • Records pile up on their own. Download the transactions, the results, and the payouts in one go.
  • Nothing to integrate. Start with a discount code and a link.
